Our approach to training needs assessment includes three components: analysis of the organization context, workforce assessment, and task analysis. Working with your organization’s training department or independently, our assessment will identify key business performance training and development needs which can be incorporated into a comprehensive plan.
Our approach will:
- Identify the knowledge, skills and capabilities to be developed
- Define target workforce population to be trained
- Define the role of senior management
- Ensure that training aligns with the strategic direction of the organization
